We had a great time visiting Loch Ness and enjoying the fine views at Urquhart Castle. The location was convenient, and our room wasvery comfy and tidy. Super nice team, and we loved the breakfast spread. Definitely making more memories here next time!
One downside was the noise from the hallways, hard to sleep some nights.

The staff was accommodating, kept everything fairly clean and excellent. It was spotless and had a work desk, multi-channel television and a dining area. The location not far from a castle and a theatre was incredible and easy. Besides, the area was very quiet, next to River Ness.

Recommend it for solo travelers
My single room was small but quite nice, comfy bed and good shower. The staff was super friendly, even lent me a phone charger!
It wasn't exactly a steal, but still reasonable.

The place is great and had comfy beds in our family room with loads of space for us. The staff were super friendly and helped us with anything we asked. Breakfast was good and we also found a cute bakery near by that was an awesome extra. Parking was easy, we had no trouble finding a spot during the week too.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Our family room was spacious and clean, a great start. The breakfast options impressed us, especially the hot items. I found some staff interactions lacking warmth. Requesting vegan options felt awkward due to the rude response I received. A more courteous approach could enhance the experience significantly.

Charming Victorian architecture throughout the guest house.
Soundproofing could be improved as I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms.

My single room was decent, clean, and had a cozy feel. The furniture was a bit worn, but it didn't bother me too much. I appreciated the extra pillow and blanket. The shower space was tight, though, and the thin walls let in noise from the hall, a bit annoying.
